1. Purpose of the platform
The Job Ambassador Platform (‘Platform’) is operated by the Zukunft Training Network (HANZ). Its aim is to connect school pupils (‘Users’) with so-called Job Ambassadors. The Platform is intended solely for career guidance purposes.
2. Participation
- Job Ambassadors may be individuals who agree to share their experiences of apprenticeships and professional fields.
- Companies can use the platform to get in touch with young people to provide information about apprenticeship pathways.
3. Use of the Platform
- Use of the platform is free of charge.
- The platform may only be used for career guidance purposes.
- Any form of spam or discriminatory content is prohibited.
- Conversations and messages on the platform should be conducted in a respectful, objective and considerate manner.
4. Users’ Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
- Login details must be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
- It is prohibited to misuse the platform, e.g. through offensive content, fake profiles or the sharing of inappropriate content.
5. Data Protection
- Personal data is used solely for the operation and improvement of the platform.
- Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the use of the platform or required by law.

6. Content and Intellectual Property
- Content provided by job ambassadors or companies remains their property.
- By uploading content, users grant HANZ the right to display it within the platform.
7. Liability
- HANZ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by users.
- HANZ shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the platform.
8. Termination of Use
- Users may have their profile deleted at any time.
- In the event of breaches of the Terms of Use, HANZ reserves the right to exclude users.
9. Amendments to the Terms
HANZ may amend these Terms of Use as necessary. Users will be informed of any changes in good time.
